Saxifraga tenuis; The Slender Snow Saxifrage is a small mountain perennial Saxifrage which occurs scattered throughout Iceland mountain and highland regions. It is very similar to the Alpine Snow Saxifrage (S. nivalis). For the differences see the info at S. nivalis.
It is member of the Saxifrage family (Saxifragaceae). The Icelandic name of this species is Dvergsteinbrjótur.
